1. SERVICE & PRICING JPALM is an independent fashion project based in Aotearoa New Zealand. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST for domestic orders. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, or adjust pricing at any time without notice.

2. QUALITY & CONSTRUCTION We take immense pride in our technical precision and meticulous construction. While we strive to display the colors and textures of our textiles as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen display will accurately display the garments' colours.

3. AVAILABILITY & FULFILLMENT All orders are subject to availability. While we strive for technical accuracy across our inventory, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time the order was made.

4. SHIPPING & RETURNS All purchases made through this website are subject to our specific logistics policies. For detailed information regarding dispatch times, international duties, and our return window, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages.
