DISPATCH All items are meticulously packaged and dispatched within three working days of your order. All orders are fulfilled from Aotearoa New Zealand.

DOMESTIC

  • Urban Tracked Courier: $13 NZD

  • Rural Tracked Courier: $15 NZD

Please allow up to 5 working days for urban delivery and 10 working days for rural addresses. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically issued to your provided email address.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Australia: $35 NZD

  • United States: $130 NZD (Includes tariff surcharge)

  • Rest of World: $87 NZD

Please allow around 12 working days for international delivery. All international orders are sent via tracked service.

DUTIES & TAXES JPALM is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees associated with the international delivery of your package. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

LOSS & LIABILITY JPALM does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a missing delivery, a refund can only be issued once a formal investigation has been completed and a refund has been secured from the courier service to JPALM.
