RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY OVERVIEW JPALM offers refunds or exchanges on all full-priced items purchased through our online store. We prioritize meticulous construction and quality; however, we understand the importance of fit and form.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all brand and swing tags attached.

In-Person Purchases: Items purchased in person (including pop-up shops or workroom sales) are only eligible for return if a genuine manufacturing fault is present.

EXCLUSIONS: Discounted, customized, or custom-made items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault. Items sold that are labeled as a 'sample' are not eligible for return or exchange. 

THE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Notification: Please email info@jpalm.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  2. Return Window: The item must be returned to our Pōneke Wellington studio within 7 days of the original delivery date.

  3. Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as JPALM does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING Once the garment has been received and inspected at the JPALM workroom, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any initial shipping costs.
