One off garment made in the JPalm workroom in Wellington.
The Pia Dress is made from a satin twill viscose. The square neckline is finished with bias binding, which then extends into ties. There is a tab at the center back to tie it into. Alternatively you can wear this style as a halter dress and have the back drape. The fabric has been heat crinkled, but being viscose to keep it crinkled - hand wash and let the dress dry scrunched in a ball.
