Beautiful volume created by gathered tiers that wrap to the front, Penelope
embraces effortless charm. The curved back seam, along with shoulder dart
detailing and front bust tucks create a unique silhouette. Now with a cap sleeve
with adjustable ties. With an easy fit through the body this dress sits neatly on the
shoulders for a thoughtful finish.
